With epic color throws, music, dancing, photo ops, and vivid color combinations, you're certain to have tons of fun!
The Colorful Soles Fun Run will bring an afternoon of bright colors, great music, and lots of laughter on July 19, 2026! Runners will pass through SEVEN different color stations placed around the course, getting coated in colored powder along the way. We’ll then finish with an awesome group color throw finale so everyone can “Paint the sky for Ava”.

CNY Family Sports Centre, located at 7201 Jones Road in Syracuse, has once again generously offered to donate the use of their facility for our event.
The Colorful Soles Fun Run wouldn’t be possible without a venue, and we’re so grateful to the CNY Family Sports Centre for donating the use of their facility and fields. Ava spent countless days and evenings at CNYFSC, making it all the more special that it’ll be hosted there.
- Check-in at an early packet pickup...or from 10:00am-12pm on race day
- All runners will be assigned a starting color station...gather at your flag
- Run or walk your way through the course...getting splashed along the way
- Join in the middle for a HUGE group color throw...let's paint the sky for Ava!
